QU forum wants to bring digitized innovations into education

In H E’s presence, the Communications and Transport Minister, Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti of Qatar University along with the president of QU Dr. Hassan al-Derham, undersecretary of the Education Ministry & Higher Education Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh al-Nuaimi are responsible for launching the significant Digital Innovation Forum the day before.

The forum is going to commence for a couple of days. The conference aims at bringing the leaders of the industry as well as technology for sharing their insights as well as ideas related to the new trends in the field of technology. The prominent figures are going to make a more significant impact on education. The forum is also going to provide the distinctive communities of the university with a platform for exploring the latest developments in the field of technology which are related to education.

Dr al-Derham delivered a speech during the event which said that the organization of the forum is going to enhance the capacity of the distinctive people to do more. He also said that it is up to them to volunteer in the educational service to making the future of the country brighter.

According to al-Derham, Digital Innovation is the next big thing in the world. It has the power of changing their lives and one the other hand, and there are many added benefits. Nevertheless, Digital Innovation also comes with some crucial challenges. The modern day world requires technology in day to day life. 

Technology is essential in businesses, education, personal lives and even when to come to have strong social relations. The most crucial need for the people of Qatar and the world is to use the digital innovations for building an economy based on knowledge in the 2030 vision of Qatar National. The Qatar University Digital Innovation Forum is one of the many first steps that the education ministers and educational institutions need to consider to make the lives of people better.
