Oryx finally opens the International School Campus at Mesaimeer

The Orbital Education and Qatar Airways have together opened the purposeful campus of Mesaimeer of Oryx International school the day before.

Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti, the transport and communications minister; Akbar Al Baker the Chief Executive of Qatar Airways Group and Kevin McNeany, Chairman of Orbital Education among others came together during the opening of the Mesaimeer campus.

Al Sulaiti said that he is incredibly proud to see the national carrier of the Qatari State is providing a state-of-the-art facility. The transport and communications minister said that this would reinforcing the commitment of the country towards pre-eminence. The school came into being to aid in educating a very new generation of the Qatari leaders. Al Sulaiti is sure that most of the students will make a valuable contribution to the future of Qatar.

Back in September 2018, the Mesaimeer campus first opened the doors to the students of Oryx International School. The campus features avant-grade science and technology laboratories that inspire performing arts facilities along with top-notch sporting facilities, 25-meter swimming pool, and a futuristic auditorium.

On the other hand, Akbar Al Baker added that they are incredibly pleased to have been presented with an opportunity for showcasing the beautiful resources as well as facilities by offering the students revolutionary Oryx International School Mesaimeer Campus.

According to the Chief Executive of Qatar, Al Baker, the vision was to create a top-end and private education facility which is committed at providing an exceptional curriculum along with world-class facilities for the Qatar Airways Group’s employees’ families. The curate of the state-of-the-art school is a statement for the countries around the globe that staffs and their offsprings of Qatar Airways will always be given top priority.

Al Baker is delighted to see how the school has progressed since its inception. Since 2016, the school combined its forces Orbital Education and offers the National Curriculum of England for Qatar Airways’ employees’ children.
