Heng Swee Keat asks the students of Singapore to grab opportunities across Asia

Heng Swee Keat, the Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore, has reportedly urged to the young students of Singapore to advance and seize opportunities across Asia. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the openings across Asia is fast-growing, and it will play a crucial role in building a better tomorrow for the students. More Singapore offers a better quality of education to the students.

The Deputy Prime Minister spoke to 540 students at Pre-University Seminar the previous day. According to the sources, this is the first time, Mr Heng made a for the point for the students seeing making the point in many years. Heng Swee Keat said that the fourth industrial revolution in Asia. Moreover, Industry 4.0 is going to make a worldwide debut, and Asia is among the first places around the world to witness a significant shift in business.

Mr. Swee Keat said in the opening ceremony that the gross domestic product share of the Continent would grow from 26 per cent to almost 50 per cent by the time the world transcends to 2050.

The event has finally reached its 50th edition. And now the event is going to focus on the forthcoming Industry 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution. By the looks of it, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 will use robots, networked technology, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence. According to deputy PM, Asean, which is also called The Association of Southeast Asian Nations will be the beacon of industrial growth in Asia.

The growing and young population in the country is over 600 million. Moreover, it is also projected that Asia is on the verge of becoming the largest economy in the year 2030. Asean region will power the next wave of opportunities in Asia.

Singapore is very well positioned for seizing the opportunities that come along in the Asean region. The prolonged perception says that Asia lags when it comes to offering excellent job opportunities to the youngsters, but it is the exact opposite of what happens in the country.
